01. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Disgram ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server immediately.

02. Description of Service

Disgram is a free utility bot designed to provide cross-platform bridging between Discord and Telegram, alongside community management tools. The Bot and its services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of continuous uptime.

03. User Conduct & Restrictions

While using Disgram, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Bot to violate the official Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of Discord, Telegram, or Twitch.
• Utilize the bridge features to transmit malicious content, spam, illegal material, or harassment.
• Attempt to intentionally overload, exploit, or disrupt the Bot's API and infrastructure.

04. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer(s) of Disgram be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, server disruptions, or missed bridged messages due to API outages.

05. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke the Bot's access to any server or user at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
