Privacy & Data Use

This bot stores only the minimum data needed to provide its features. Here is exactly how your data is handled.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

📥 What we store (per server / guild)

  • Telegram bridge settings: bot token (if provided), DM channel ID, group channel ID, admin role ID, group chat ID.
  • Telegram DM thread mapping: Telegram user ID + username + created Discord thread ID.
  • Message reply mapping: Discord message ID ↔ Telegram message ID (so replies/edit/delete can sync).
  • Twitch settings: followed streamer usernames, posting channel ID, mention preferences (none / @everyone / role), and optional Twitch API credentials.
  • Twitch duplicate prevention: last-seen stream IDs so we don’t repost the same “live” notification.

🚫 What we do NOT store

  • Message contents from Discord or Telegram.
  • Attachments/media content.
  • Member lists or user profiles beyond what’s strictly needed for Telegram DM threads.

💾 Where it is stored

  • Per-guild data is stored in a local database.
  • Cleanup metadata is stored in the database and used to schedule deletions and keep a lightweight guild registry.

🗑️ Deletion policy

  • If the bot is removed from a server, its per-guild database is scheduled for deletion after 24 hours.
  • If the bot is re-invited within that window, deletion is cancelled.
  • After deletion, the guild’s data are permanently removed from the database.

📋 Logs

We keep an internal cleanup log strictly for tracking removals, deletions, and cancellations.
